Join us as we honor our Hunger Heroes and celebrate United Food Bank’s legacy of caring on Tuesday, April 25th, 2017! Every spring, we clear out our warehouse for our Friends Breakfast and bring together more than 400 decision-makers in the private sector and at every level of government as we honor many of the community partners who make it possible for us to provide more than 26 million pounds of food to the community in the East Valley and Eastern Arizona.
Food is generously provided by Hickman’s Family Farms, Fry’s Food Stores, Willie Itule Produce and coffee by Dutch Bros. Coffee. It’s a great way to learn more about United Food Bank and who makes our mission possible.
United Food Bank’s Friends Breakfast is a great way to showcase your business and network with decision-makers and in the private sector and at every level of government.
Parking at The Friends Breakfast
General parking will be at Deseret Industries main parking lot and donation drop-off area and employee parking lot. This will be marked with signeage and balloons. We will offer transportation to the Food Bank in the form of two golf carts and a van. A waiting area in that parking lot will be designated by our United Food Bank pop-up tent where we will have a volunteer to guide people.
As in the past, the general public can also park on the street along Nina, Birchwood and Westwood Avenues, as well as the parking lots directly across the street from the Food Bank and adjacent to the Food Bank as available (and otherwise not marked as reserved by our neighbors).
